- Identify and analyze business needs of features development in banking mobile app and website
- Design UI/UX for mobile apps and website
- Transform business needs into functional requirements as based for development and testing of projects
- Collaborate with Scrum Team and Stakeholders in order to ensure project development runs well until implemented
- Created internal circular letter to inform new implemented project to all related departments
- Evaluate and improve implemented features in order to give better experience to users
