I am a professional Business Analyst in banking industry. I am an enthusiast person with an experience as Business Analyst and Purchasing for over than 5 years. Through my experience, I have strong knowledge about Banking and FMCG Industry which equipped with skills of negotiation, communication, problem solving and critical thinking. As Business Analyst, I work closely with Product Owner and Stakeholders to provide innovative and user friendly solution of banking services. I am involved in agile scrum team of myBCA super apps and website. My responsibilities include:

  • Identify and analyze business needs of features development in banking mobile app and website
  • Design UI/UX for mobile apps and website
  • Transform business needs into functional requirements as based for development and testing of projects
  • Collaborate with Scrum Team and Stakeholders in order to ensure project development runs well until implemented
  • Created internal circular letter to inform new implemented project to all related departments
  • Evaluate and improve implemented features in order to give better experience to users

Purchasing

PT Mayora Indah Tbk, Jakarta

Responsible for the end to end process of purchase workflow of packaging material (flexible packaging) in order to cover production in all plant all over Indonesia.
Beside worked with external parties, I had to work with internal parties from various departments, these departments including New Product Development (NPD), Research and Development (RnD), Production Planning Inventory Control (PPIC), Quality Control (QC), Warehouse, Supply Planner, and also Marketing team regarding to existing and new product development.
These job can be broke down into daily tasks, which are:

  • Sourcing, negotiating, analyzing and selecting the most potential supplier in term of price, quality, and delivery and technology
  • Create Approval Comparison Price (ACP) and proposing directly to Management
  • Create and informing Purchase Order (PO) to suppliers
  • Followed-up the delivery of PO directly to suppliers to maintain it on track until PO was closed
  • Evaluated suppliers’ performance quarterly
